All Level - 5:30pm - Friday Nights
March 1st, 8th, 15th, & 22nd

It's back!! I hope you will be able to join me for this Special Class!!
It is full of Flowing poses, deep Yin stretches and time to Rest and Restore your
Body, Mind and Heart with a Big Yoga Hug from Me to You!!
Class is 2 hours long and includes optional mini-massages for your feet and
shoulder area during Final Relaxation. Light refreshments will be served after class!!
~ Reservations are limited to the first 10 students requesting a spot! ~

All classes are 60 minutes unless otherwise stated.
If you have your own yoga mat, please bring it!
There are mats available if you need one:)
Bring water too!

Yoga - All Level/Mixed Level: A class for all levels - beginners to advanced alike. Come practice your practice with a wonderful group of students!
Yoga Stretch: A gentle deeper relaxing full body nurturing stretch class to relieve the aches and pains of daily life.
Fast Fit: A strength training class using free weights, bands and bars to achieve greater strength and definition. Pace of class will create an elevate heart rate and excellent calorie burn too! Join me and build some muscles:)
Yoga Balance: A combination class that focuses on balance poses & exercises using a chair. Then winds down with
gentle stretches for the whole body and a final relaxation.
Yin/Restore: An all level class with basic poses held for
1-5 minutes each... allowing for a deeper release from the
muscle belly as well as connective tissue. Restorative
poses allow for a total body relaxation and restoration.
I am so grateful for all of you wonderful students who practice
yoga with me. Whether at the REC Center, in TH Studio classes, or in my Thankful Hearts Worship Hour classes.....
