Yoga - Mixed Level: A class for all levels - beginners to advanced alike. Come practice your practice with
a wonderful group of students!
Yoga Balance: A combination class that focuses on balance poses & exercises using a chair. Then winds down with
gentle stretches for the whole body and a final relaxation.
