Yoga - Mixed Level: A class for all levels - beginners to advanced alike. Come practice your practice with a wonderful group of students!
Yoga Balance: A combination class that focuses on balance poses & exercises using a chair that ends with gentle stretches for the whole body.
I am so thankful for all of you wonderful students who practice yoga with me. Whether at the REC Center, in Private classes, or in my YogaFaith classes..... You are the reason I keep coming back to teach, class after class - year after year!
