Fit Yogi Club & Fit Yogi Chair
These classes use hand weights, body weight exercises, fitness bands,
Glides and yoga poses for a full body workout.
Fit Yogi - Next Level
A variety of 30 - Minute classes including High Intensity Interval Training - HiiT or Tabata,
Abs & Back, Posture & Balance, Foam Rolling and Breath & Meditation.
NOTE: Cushioned and appropriate Shoes are recommended for Fit Yogi - Next Level Classes.
Shoes like Cross Trainers which are good for Lateral Movement and/or if you choose High Impact versions in Hiit or Tabata .
High Impact is Optional and Never Required for Any class.
NOTE: You will monitor your own heart rate and intensity level during HiiT/Tabata training.
Chairs are available for your use during any class.
Yoga stretches and a Final Relaxation follow all classes except FY Next Level-no Final Relaxation:)
