~. Join a Fit Yogi Club Class and begin your journey to increased strength, stamina, balance & flexibility .~
Welcome!  
If you are new to yoga, or returning after a break... taking one of the 10:30am classes is a great place to begin because
most of these classes use a chair to assist with balance and stamina :)


Fit Yogi Club classes use hand weights, body weight exercises, fitness bands, glides and yoga poses for a full body workout.
Fit Yogi Club Balance & Core - same class as Fit Yogi Club with a strong emphasis on Abs, Back and Balance.
Fit Yogi Club Chair  - same class as Fit Yogi Club only we are seated in a chair for most exercises in class.
Modifications are available and chairs are available for any and all classes!
