Join a Fit Yogi Club or Fit Yogi + Tabata Class today...
and begin your journey to increased strength, stamina, balance & flexibility.
Welcome!
All classes include a Final Relaxation at the close of class!
Fit Yogi Club - These classes use hand weights, body weight exercises, fitness bands,
Glides and yoga poses for a full body workout.
Fit Yogi Club Chair - Same class as Fit Yogi Club, only we are seated in a chair for most exercises in class.
Fit Yogi Chair + Tabata - Fit Yogi Chair with 5 - 10 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training (Tabata).
Fit Yogi + Tabata - Fit Yogi Club + High Intensity Interval Training (Tabata) class.
Regular Fit Yogi class plus 10-15 minutes of Tabata cycles.
Tabata cycles are 20 seconds of work to 10 seconds rest. You will monitor your own heart rate and intensity level.
Chairs are available for your use during class.
Yoga stretches and a Final Relaxation follow:)
Modifications are available and chairs are available for any and all classes!
