and Begin your own journey to increased Strength, Stamina, Balance & Flexibility.

Welcome!  

Fit Yogi Club & Fit Yogi Club Chair 
These classes use hand weights, body weight exercises, fitness bands,

Glides and yoga poses for a full body workout.

StretcHiiT OUT!
This class combines 15 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training - HiiT or Tabata,
​ followed by Yoga stretches for recovery and relaxation.
Recommended:  Shoes like Cross Trainers which are good for Lateral Movement and/or
if you choose  High Impact versions in Hiit or Tabata .
High Impact is always Optional and Never Required for a HiiT or Tabata workout. 

 
NOTE: You will monitor your own heart rate and intensity level during HiiT/Tabata training.
Chairs are available for your use during any class.
Yoga stretches and a Final Relaxation follow all classes.
