Please...
- Arrive a few minutes early to set up your mat and extras.
- Remove your shoes before setting up your mat.
- Enter and set up your mat as quietly as possible, if you arrive late.
- Turn off cell phones, and make sure your fitness watch is set to a quiet mode.
- Let your instructor know of any injuries or important information before class begins.
- Leave your ego at the door so you can honor your breath and body in each moment.
- If you need to leave class early, please do so quietly and Before Final Relaxation starts.
~ STUDIO GUIDELINES ~
- Class size is currently limited to 10 students.
- Reservations are strongly encouraged and can be made on the "Calendar & Momoyoga" page on this website (or download the momoyoga APP).
- Please cancel any reservations on the momoyoga site at least one hour prior to class start time to avoid being charged the full class fee or lose a class credit.
- You can pay in advance on momoyoga by credit/debit card,
or by cash & checks elect to "Pay at Studio".
- Those with a reservation will be honored first over any drop-ins.
- All classes hold a 3-Student minimum.
- A class may be cancelled if this minimum is not met by a reasonable time.
- If a class is canceled, you will be notified by an email and/or a text notification.
- On Fridays (and any time the coffee shop is closed) the door is locked and will only be
opened 15 minutes before the first class, and about 10 minutes before the second class.
- Once the door is locked and class has begun, no one will be allowed to enter.
- All passes hold a 6-month expiration, however, if your pass expires before
you can use all of the credits, please contact me at 307-679-2274 or email to: carriemorash@pm.me
