 Welcome!  
If you are new to yoga, or returning after a break... taking one of the 10:30am classes is a great place to begin, but, you are welcome to join any class :)

Focus on the Poses - NEW!
60 & 75 - Minute Class
 Whether you are just beginning on your yoga path or you are a long time practitioner… this class is for you! Come practice the daily poses in more depth as we explore new places, alignment, benefits, and how each pose is unique to you, your body and your practice. All levels are welcome :)

Friday Flow
60 - Minute Class
​Join me at the Studio for Friday Flow!! A great way to unwind after the week and prepare for a wonderful weekend ahead:)
This is a moderate practice with variations of Vinyasa flow and all things good about yoga... strength, stretches and relaxation. Let your body and mind flow together tonight :)


Half & Half
​60 & 75 - Minute Class
Join me for a bit more of an intense class today as we practice our challenging chaturangas flowing through full Sun Salutes for the first half of class, and then deep stretches & a few Restorative poses for the last half of class. Ommmmm:) A great class to increase strength, flexibility, balance, peace and calm.


Soft Flow & Restore
60 & 75 - Minute Classes
This class combines a moderate Vinyasa flow practice followed by a few deep Restorative poses. Modifications are available to suit your body today!

Sweet Sun Salutations
60 & 75 - Minute Class
One full class of as many Sun Salutations as we can practice mindfully. Modifications are available. After our Sun Salutes we take the last 15- 20 minutes to stretch and enjoy a long and well deserved Final Relaxation:) Yes, this class is challenging, and Yes, it can also be very rewarding!

​Yin is In​
​60 &  75 - Minute Classes
It’s time to treat yourself to a full blissful 60-75 minutes of Yin Yoga. This practice will help you work deeper into the connective tissue as well as the muscle tissue. Poses are held from 1-5 minutes or longer. Bolsters, blocks and blankets help support your body as you find and hold your edge today!  Class finishes with one or two Restorative poses and a generous Final Relaxation:)
