Yin-Yin-Yin is In
It’s time to treat yourself to a full blissful 60-75 minutes of Yin Yoga. This practice will help you work deeper into the connective tissue as well as the muscle tissue. Poses are held from 1-5 minutes. Bolsters, blocks and blankets help support your body for the best stretch available to you today! Finishing with restorative poses and a generous Final Relaxation:)

We will practice our challenging chaturangas flowing through full Sun Salutes, and end with Stretch & Restore for the last half of class. Ommmmm:)
