Reservations are Required for All Classes.
Please register at the "Calendar & Reservations" page to make a reservation.
If you are running late, please wait to set up your mat until after the centering portion at the start of class.
Please set up as quietly as possible to honor those already practicing.

Soft Flow & Restore
60 or 75 - Minute Class
This class combines a moderate soft flow practice that includes a deep Restorative pose or two before Final Relaxation. Modifications are available to suit your body today!
Yin Soft Flow
60 or 75 - Minute Class
It’s time to treat yourself to a full blissful 60 or 75 minutes of Yin Yoga. This practice will help you work deeper into the connective tissue as well as the muscle tissue.
Poses are held from 1-5 minutes or longer. Bolsters, blocks and blankets help support your body as you find and hold your edge today! Yin Soft Flow adds soft flows in between some Yin poses. Class includes breathing practice, time for meditation and then finishes with one or two Restorative poses and a generous Final Relaxation:)
Yin Just Yin
60 or 75 - Minute Class
Join me for a deeper dive into blissful Yin Yoga as we hold our poses for 5 minutes or more.
The focus will be on holding in stillness after finding our edge in each pose. Mindful breathing accompanies this beautiful practice ending with a generous Final Relaxtion:).
Empower Your Yoga Poses

This class will focus on intensity in each pose. How to modify a pose to suit your energy and body in every class.
Join me for a fun exploration into feeling your yoga practice in a new way!
Tai Chi
45 - Minute Class
Join David and Lillian for a journey into Tai Chi and all of the many benefits it offers. This class teaches the Yang 8 Form which emphasizes postural control, body alignment, foot placement, and upper and lower limb controlled movements. The 8 movements of the Form contain all of the natural characteristics of
traditional Tai Chi Chuan and is appropriate for all ages and abilities. Join a class soon!!
