Reservations are Required for All Classes.
Please register at the "Calendar & Momoyoga" page to make a reservation.
If you are running late, please wait to set up your mat until after the centering portion at the start of class.
Please set up as quietly as possible to honor those already practicing.

Breath & Meditation
30 or 45 - Minute Class
Please join me for an opportunity to expand your yoga practice with Pranayama - or breath control and technique practices.
During this class we will explore guided Meditation as well as time for your own exploration while meditating.
Come join me and find out how intentional breathing and meditation can enhance your health, life and yoga practice too!!
Soft Flow & Restore
60 or 75 - Minute Classes
This class combines a moderate practice that includes a deep Restorative pose or two before Final Relaxation. Modifications are available to suit your body today!
Power Refresh
60 or 75 - Minute Classes
Power Refresh begins with an intermediate vinyasa power yoga flow and finishes with easy stretches and a restorative pose or two.
All are welcome to join and modify as needed :)
Yin Soft Flow
60 or 75 - Minute Classes
It’s time to treat yourself to a full blissful 60 or 75 minutes of Yin Yoga. This practice will help you work deeper into the connective tissue as well as the muscle tissue.
Poses are held from 1-5 minutes or longer. Bolsters, blocks and blankets help support your body as you find and hold your edge today! Yin Soft Flow adds soft flows in between some Yin poses. Class includes breathing practice, time for meditation and then finishes with one or two Restorative poses and a generous Final Relaxation:)
